Mr Liu Shihong is the Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Taiping Reinsurance Co Ltd (TPRe) and the Chairman of Taiping Reinsurance (China) Co Ltd. Mr Liu has over 33 years of experience in insurance and management. He is a fellow member of Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF). Mr Liu is a member of the Mainland Opportunities Committee of the Financial Services Development Council, member of the Industry Advisory Committee on General Business of Hong Kong Insurance Authority, committee member of The Chinese General Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong. He is the Fifteenth term of Board of Director of The Hong Kong Chinese Enterprises Association, Vice Chairman of The Listed Companies Council of Hong Kong Chinese Enterprises Association, council member of China Maritime Law Association.
