Paul Young is the Chief Executive Officer of Aon Hong Kong Limited and is responsible for the overall management and development of Aon’s commercial risk, health, and affinity solution lines in Hong Kong. He has more than twenty years of experience in the insurance advisory & broking sector, and has been based in the Asia-Pacific region for fifteen years, including ten years in Hong Kong.

Until his appointment as CEO in 2016, Paul was the Asia region Head of Energy & Mining and interim Head of Construction, Power & Infrastructure, with responsibility for client service delivery, business development and team leadership for these specialty industry sectors across Aon in Asia.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Business, is a Chartered Insurance Practitioner and an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
