About Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Hours
Yes. AIF 2024 is a Type 7 Qualified CPD Activity specified under the CPD Guideline (GL24) issued by the Insurance Authority. Individual licensees are eligible to earn 4 CPD hours by participating in AIF 2024 in person or online. You can apply for the CPD hours by indicating your intention in the registration form.
All CPD applicants are required to attend the entire event from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Participants who fail to attend the entire event will not be entitled to any CPD hours. For details, please refer to the registration form and confirmation email upon successful registration.
The award of the CPD certificate will be subject to the final decision of the Insurance Authority. Participants may be required to provide proof or evidence of attendance in case of any dispute.
You are required to apply for CPD hours during registration by:
a) checking the box “Yes” under “I would like to apply for CPD hours” on the registration form; and
b) filling in your full name as shown on your Hong Kong identity card and email address on the registration form.
Any application for CPD hours submitted thereafter may not be considered.
For participants who applied for CPD hours in the registration form and whose attendance records have been verified, a CPD certificate will be sent to their registered email address within two months from the event day.
Participants who fail to attend the entire event according to our records will not be entitled to any CPD hours.The award of the CPD certificate will be subject to final decision of the Insurance Authority.
